Empowering Educators

What is this project about?

Empowering Educators is an accessible, informed, and impactful CPD programme designed specifically for teachers, educators and creative facilitators in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire with the aim of enhancing the quality of arts education across the sector. Through this programme, participants will gain sector-leading knowledge and skills aimed at improving arts provision for children and young people. The initiative fosters strong partnerships between arts and cultural professionals and educators, directly connecting best practices with the classroom. We continuously collaborate with educators to identify and address gaps in provision.

Where does this project take place?

Empowering Educators operates in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, engaging teachers and creative facilitators in practical CPD sessions led by sector-leading professionals.

What difference does the project make?

The programme equips participants with leading-edge knowledge and skills focused on enhancing arts provision for children and young people.
